Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to a wrong order.

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we are unable to issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
